I was worried because I heard it would be difficult to rent a house on a working holiday visa, but luckily I met JIMMY and was able to easily find a house. During the first inspection, I couldn't come due to other reasons, but they filmed a video of the house and sent it to me and actively continued to contact me. When I explained that I had just arrived in Sydney and was staying at an Airbnb, they said they would do their best to help me sign a contract as soon as possible without difficulty. So I was able to find a house within 5 days of coming to Sydney! I heard that there are cases where you have to wait 2-3 days to receive a response even after applying, but I received a response within one day. JIMMY kept me informed of the current status even while I was waiting for a response. They always reply quickly and are very kind🥹 The contract was concluded very quickly, so it was the best real estate for me who needed to find a house as quickly as possible. I really recommend it!

Wasn’t sure about all the reviews initially, as real estate agents aren’t usually well regarded… but the reviews are true! Just moved into my new place, was a super pleasant experience.

In comparison at my last rental, my last agent was aggressive in getting me to sign the agreement asap. Here at SBP Realty they were so nice and helpful. Genuinely good people. I specifically dealt with Jimmy, Tracy and Miriam. They were all very professional!

I have an investment property and if I were to ever rent it out using an agent, I’d be going straight here first..! Thanks guys.
