I was worried because I heard it would be difficult to rent a house on a working holiday visa, but luckily I met JIMMY and was able to easily find a house. During the first inspection, I couldn't come due to other reasons, but they filmed a video of the house and sent it to me and actively continued to contact me. When I explained that I had just arrived in Sydney and was staying at an Airbnb, they said they would do their best to help me sign a contract as soon as possible without difficulty. So I was able to find a house within 5 days of coming to Sydney! I heard that there are cases where you have to wait 2-3 days to receive a response even after applying, but I received a response within one day. JIMMY kept me informed of the current status even while I was waiting for a response. They always reply quickly and are very kind🥹 The contract was concluded very quickly, so it was the best real estate for me who needed to find a house as quickly as possible. I really recommend it!
